Graduate Applications for the 2026-2027 Fall Semester Now Open

1. Applications for the Fall Semester open on July 24, 2026, and close on August 24, 2026. Quota interviews will be held from August 25 to 27, 2026, and are mandatory for Master's with Thesis and Ph.D. applicants. Evaluation results will be announced on August 28, 2026, after 18:00. Final registration is scheduled for August 31 to September 4, 2026.

2. After submitting and saving your application, it will be recorded in the system and reviewed by the relevant Department Head. Applications are approved only if complete and error-free. Please note that saving your application does not indicate approval.

3. If errors or missing information are found during verification, your application will be rejected and you will be notified by email. Please check your email regularly, including Spam and Junk folders. You may update and resubmit your application within the application period, following the instructions in the rejection email.

4. Approved applicants will receive an email with details about the Interview Examination. Please monitor your email during this period.

5. All required documents listed below must be uploaded in full during the application process. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

A - Required Documents for Master’s Degree Applications

For Turkish Citizens:

* Identification Document (In PDF format, showing both the front and back sides)
* Bachelor’s Degree Graduation Certificate (Obtained via e-Devlet)
* Bachelor’s Degree Transcript (Obtained via e-Devlet)
* Criminal Record Certificate (Obtained via e-Devlet)
* For male candidates: Military Status Certificate (Obtained via e-Devlet or Military Service Institutions)
* ALES Result Certificate (Obtained from ÖSYM) and Foreign Language Exam Result Certificate, if applicable (Not mandatory for Non-Thesis Master’s applications)

For International Candidates:

* Passport (Notarized and translated into Turkish)
* Bachelor’s Diploma or Graduation Certificate (Notarized and translated into Turkish)
* Transcript (Notarized and translated into Turkish)

B - Required Documents for Ph.D. Applications

For Turkish Citizens:

* Identification Document (In PDF format, showing both the front and back sides)
* Bachelor’s Degree Graduation Certificate (Obtained via e-Devlet)
* Master’s Degree Graduation Certificate (Obtained via e-Devlet)
* Bachelor’s Degree Transcript (Obtained via e-Devlet)
* Master’s Degree Transcript (Obtained via e-Devlet)
* Criminal Record Certificate (Obtained via e-Devlet)
* For male candidates: Military Status Certificate (Obtained via e-Devlet or Military Service Institutions)
* ALES Result Certificate (Obtained from ÖSYM)
* Foreign Language Exam Result Certificate (With a verifiable barcode)

For International Candidates:

* Passport (Notarized and translated into Turkish)
* Bachelor’s Diploma or Graduation Certificate (Notarized and translated into Turkish)
* Master’s Diploma or Graduation Certificate (Notarized and translated into Turkish)
* Bachelor’s Degree Transcript (Notarized and translated into Turkish)
* Master’s Degree Transcript (Notarized and translated into Turkish)
* Foreign Language Exam Result Certificate (With a verifiable barcode)

6. Documents obtained from online systems must include a barcode, be verifiable, and issued within the last 15 days.

7. Before the interviews, log into the application system and print your application documents using the "Print Application" (Başvuru Yazdır) option. Only documents for approved applications will display a confirmation statement, which is required for interview participation.
