2026–2027 Academic Year Fall Semester Graduate Admissions Are Now Open

1.

Applications for the 2026–2027 Academic Year Fall Semester will be accepted from July 24, 2026, to August 24, 2026.

Departmental admission interviews will be held between August 25 and August 27, 2026. Applicants to Master's Programs with Thesis and PhD Programs are required to attend the interview.

Admission results will be announced after 6:00 PM on August 28, 2026.

Successful applicants must complete their final registration between August 31 and September 4, 2026.

After completing the application process and submitting the application through the online system, the application will be recorded in the system.

All submitted applications will be reviewed by the relevant Department. If no errors or missing documents are identified, the application will be approved.

Please note that submission of an application does not mean that it has been approved.

If any errors or missing documents are detected during the application review process, the application will be rejected, and the applicant will receive a notification via e-mail.

Applicants are strongly advised to check their e-mail accounts regularly, including their Spam and Junk Mail folders.

Applicants may revise and resubmit their applications within the application period by following the instructions provided in the rejection e-mail.

Applicants whose applications are approved will receive an e-mail containing information about the admission interview.

Applicants are therefore required to monitor their e-mail accounts throughout the application process.


5. Required Application Documents

All of the following documents must be uploaded completely during the online application process. Applications submitted with missing documents will not be considered.

A. Required Documents for Master's Degree Applications

Turkish Citizens

  • Identity Card (front and back, submitted as a single PDF file)
  • Bachelor's Degree Diploma or Graduation Certificate (obtained via e-Government)
  • Bachelor's Transcript (obtained via e-Government)
  • Criminal Record Certificate (obtained via e-Government)
  • Military Status Certificate (for male applicants, obtained via e-Government or the Military Recruitment Office)
  • ALES Score Report issued by ÖSYM
  • Foreign Language Proficiency Certificate (if available; not required for Non-Thesis Master's programs)

International Applicants

  • Passport (Turkish translation certified by a notary public)
  • Bachelor's Diploma or Graduation Certificate (Turkish translation certified by a notary public)
  • Bachelor's Transcript (Turkish translation certified by a notary public)

B. Required Documents for PhD Applications

Turkish Citizens

  • Identity Card (front and back, submitted as a single PDF file)
  • Bachelor's Degree Diploma or Graduation Certificate (obtained via e-Government)
  • Master's Degree Diploma or Graduation Certificate (obtained via e-Government)
  • Bachelor's Transcript (obtained via e-Government)
  • Master's Transcript (obtained via e-Government)
  • Criminal Record Certificate (obtained via e-Government)
  • Military Status Certificate (for male applicants, obtained via e-Government or the Military Recruitment Office)
  • ALES Score Report issued by ÖSYM
  • Foreign Language Proficiency Certificate (with QR code/barcode verification)

International Applicants

  • Passport (Turkish translation certified by a notary public)
  • Bachelor's Diploma or Graduation Certificate (Turkish translation certified by a notary public)
  • Master's Diploma or Graduation Certificate (Turkish translation certified by a notary public)
  • Bachelor's Transcript (Turkish translation certified by a notary public)

  • Foreign Language Proficiency Certificate (with QR code/barcode verification)

All documents obtained through the online system must be barcode-verifiable and must have been issued within the last 15 days.

Before the interview, applicants must log in to the online application system using their registered account and print their application documents by selecting "Print Application."

Applicants whose applications have been approved will see an approval statement on their printed application documents and will be eligible to attend the interview.
